Hey all, this will be pretty quick because I’m exhausted! My meals and cheats have been naughty this past week, I’m ashamed. I’ve been using the “starting a new job so I’m overwhelmed” excuse but it needs to stop! I am actually going to step on the scale tomorrow morning in hopes that it will fuel me to get my ass in gear this week! Side note: I ❤️ my new job! Anyway, breakfast will be steak and eggs! Marinated skirt steak from Mariano’s to be specific. Lunch will be BBQ boneless skinless chicken breast and sweet potatoes. Dinner is unknown, but I’m craving a brat or burger! Snacks will be another batch of apple oats, hard boiled egg, popcorn, nuts.
