My friend Bri has started a charity that will go into low income schools and give kids positive alternatives to focus their energy on from a young age (think CrossFit, meditation, yoga, martial arts). She needs funds to finish getting this off the ground so we are chipping in to help. For every $10 donated, we are doing 1 round of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats).
