There’s no magic tea, body wrap, pill or superfood that makes you lose excessive amounts of body fat! Hard work, healthy eating and quality workouts … That is what you need.
This isn’t meant to sound snarky- I’ve tried all the fad diets in the world! Hydroxycut? Sophomore year of college. Whatever the Kardashian diet pill was? Tried it after college! Going vegetarian? It lasted 1 week. Drinking excessive amounts of green tea because it’s a fat burner? Did that too. Be patient and be diligent- your hard work will pay off. 💙
